Caution! It is recommended that the engine shall be used at ambient temperature of -15°C
～
40 °C and be filled with
SAE 10W-30 engine oil of API SF or above.
Methods for replacement:
a.
Screw off the engine oil dipstick and oil plug and pour the engine oil to a container;
b.
Clean the oil plug and washers and fasten the oil plug and washers;
c.
Pour enough new engine oil to the gasoline engine from the existing filler opening.
d.
Install and fasten the engine oil dipstick.
5.
Disassembly of Gasoline Engine
5.1
Notices in the Process of Gasoline Engine Disassembly:
Prior to disassembly, check that fuel is sufficient and appearance has abnormalities and
carefully check all parts.
Clean off greasy smears and dirt on the gasoline engine surface.
Disassembly sequence shall be in accordance with the attached manual.
5.2
Notices in the Process of Gasoline Engine Assembly:
All parts shall keep clean;
Ensure that wear of all parts are within allowable limit value; if it is found that wear of any
parts exceeds limit value, it is required to replace with new part;
Assembly sequence shall be in accordance with the attached manual;
It is required to drop a certain amount of lubricant on the connections of moving parts in the
process of assembly;
Each fastener shall be fastened as specified torque; each fastener of one part shall have
equivalent torque;
Conduct assembly marked according to assembly requirements.
