NOTE: 

If Ki Pro Ultra fails to find a DHCP server via its network connection, it will fall back to using the 
factory default static IP of 

192.168.0.2

—or whatever IP address you’ve previously defined. 

AJA recommends you define a Static IP address with parameter

 50.2

 so you’ll be prepared in 

the event your DHCP server fails.

Networking Ki Pro 
Ultra using a Static 
IP Address

To set a static IP address for Ki Pro Ultra, you’ll have to make some simple Parameter 
menu selections. The illustration below shows the four menu selections you need to 
make, while entering the information provided to you by your IT administrator (as 
discussed earlier).
