You can enter your own Dial Plan rules in the “Dial Plan-Advanced Settings” window. For each rule,
enter the starting digits of the number to be dialed, the minimum and maximum number of digits in the
number to be dialed, how to direct the phone calls (over VoIP or FXO), the number of digits to be erased
from the beginning of the number, and the number of digits to be added in front of the number. Then
click the “Add” button. To delete a rule, select the rule and click the “Erase” button. To delete all the rules,
click the “Clear” button. At the end, click “Save” to store your changes.
With the above rules defined you can continue dialing long distance numbers and international
numbers as you are used to, i.e. no need to dial long distance numbers within your country as
international numbers. E.g. you can dial the test number of SIPphone as 001 747 474 5000. You
will hear two short beeps and then when the call is connected the 'Welcome to SIPphone'
announcement.
