Worn spray tip Replace with new tip.
Suction set filter clogged Clean filter.
Optional hopper screen clogged Clean screen

Paint too heavy or coarse. Thin or strain paint
Dirty or worn outlet valve

Sprayer draws up paint but

Tip assembly leaks
Worn seal.
Replace seal.
Spray tip, gun filter or tip

causing excessive
pressure variation.
