2) Attach 

SIDE MOUNT YOKE ASSY (A970)

 to the 

SIDE MOUNT HORIZONTAL TUBE 

(A967)

 LEFT AND RIGHT SIDES by placing the open clamps on the yoke assembly 

around the horizontal tube as show above. Tighten the two clamps using the following 
hardware. Protect horizontal tube with rubber strips.
