NOTE 1 - Your enclosure is shipped with the prefilter(s) attached to the inside of the enclosure. AirClean
®
Systems prefilters are filtrete
electrostatic particulate filters with 65% efficiency for particulate down to 0.5 microns in diameter (PAO test). The pre-filter
must be checked on a scheduled basis. Refer to the “MAINTENANCE” section of this manual.
NOTE 2 - Your AirClean
®
Systems enclosure was shipped with the Primary and Secondary HEPA filters installed.
NOTE 3 - If your application is particulate-based only, a HEPA filter is required. The HEPA filters will not protect the operator from
any fumes .
NOTE 4 - Bonded carbon filters are required for chemical-based applications or when trying to contain aromas from powders. The
bonded carbon filter will not aid in the containment of particulate.
