NSTRUCTIONS

Model ACA1029 and ACA1041

Your AirClean

®

 Systems Cart is shipped with the following components:

 

4 – Cross pieces

 

2 – End pieces

 

4 – 3/8” washers (hood bolt washers)

 

8 – 2 ¼” x ¼” Phillips head bolts (cross piece bolts)

 

8 – 1 ¼” washers (cross piece washers)

 

4 – 1 ¾” x ¼” Phillips head bolts (hood bolts)

 

4 – Casters (2 locking and 2 standard)

ASSEMBLY

1. 

To connect the end pieces to the four cross pieces:

 

a.  Position the end pieces so the small hole on the leg for the Phillips head 

 

     bolts face inward.

 

b.  Place 1 of the 3/8” washers on a 2” Phillips head bolt.

 

c.  Insert the bolt and washer through the top hole of the right front leg of the end piece.

 

     Position the cross piece and screw the bolt into the crosspiece.

 

d.  Repeat the procedure for the back leg of the right end piece.

 

e.  Repeat for the front and back legs of the left end piece.

  

f.  To connect the bottom cross pieces, insert bolts into bottom holes and screw in bolts.

 

NOTE: For more foot access in the front, screw the cross piece into the    

                

 

second hole from the bottom on the front-end piece legs. 

2. 

To attach the casters, thread the casters into the end piece legs.  The two locking  

 

 

casters normally are located in front. 

Hand tighten only!

3. 

To mount your AirClean

®

 Systems ductless enclosure to your cart:

 

a.  Locate the threaded inserts in the corners on the bottom of your hood.

 

b.  Place hood on cart and align the holes in the hood to the holes in the top of 

 

     the end pieces.

 

c.  Place 1 of the 1 1/4” washers on each Phillips head bolt to ensure correct spacing.  

 

     Insert bolt and washer into a hole in the end piece and screw in the bolt into the  

 

 

     hood. Repeat procedure for remaining connections.

 

 

CAUTION:   DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN!  

 OVER-TIGHTENING WILL PULL THE   

 

 

THREADED INSERTS OUT OF THE POLYPROPYLENE BASE.
