Whilst in operation
u
Check the water level in the water
tanks regularly,
u
Refill the water tanks in good time.
Every 3 years, replace the sealing
ring on the bayonet cap on each
water tank (see spare parts).
Order replacements for damaged
housing components and replace. All
other repairs are to be made only by
qualified service engineers or
customer service.
Rectifying malfunctions
Problem
Motor not running; indicator on rotary
switch not illuminated.
Motor not running; indicator on rotary
switch illuminated.
Rotary switch cannot be turned.
Humidification performance too low.
Base tray flooded.
Insufficient air purification.
Cracks or fractures in plastic parts.
Possible cause(s)
Power cord not plugged in.
Rotary switch in position (O).
Motor defective.
Rotary switch defective.
Evaporator cartridge exhausted.
Seal on a water tank defective.
A water tank is defective.
Particle filter clogged.
Activated carbon filter saturated.
Transport damages or improper use.
Rectification
Connect power cord to socket.
Place rotary switch in position (I/II/III).
Contact customer service.
Contact customer service.
Replace evaporator cartridge.
Order spare part and replace seal.
Replace water tank.
Replace both particle filters.
Replace activated carbon filter.
Order spare parts or contact customer
service.
DO NOT plug appliance if power cord
is dammaged
