2 . If running the flexible damping adjusters, remove the plastic side walls within the storage
compartment and move the electrical wires away from the chassis rail (Figs . 9 and 10) .
Drill a 5/16” hole toward the front of the vehicle, 1/2” off center from the upper mount
pocket (Figs . 11 and 12) .
3 . Install the leader line into the air spring . Apply thread sealant to the threads of the
leader hose. Tighten the appropriate fitting to the air line (one and three-quarter turns
beyond hand-tight). Tighten the leader line into the air spring (one and three-quarter
turns beyond hand-tight) (Fig . 13) .
