SUMMER:

 Bypass is ON only if (P15 Tmin free cooling < T21 < T11-1°C) AND (T11 > P13 desired temperature)

WINTER:

  Bypass is ON only if (P14 Tmax free heating > T21 > T11+1°C) AND (T11 < P13 desired temperature)

In all other conditions BYPASS is not activated
