If your target subject is not in the AF frame, the camera will focus on
the background instead of the subject when pressing the
Shutter
button halfway down. The following steps will teach you how to lock
the AF on the original subject and get the best result.
If your target subject is not in the center of
the image (AF lock)
Focus
Compose the view that you
wish to take.
Center the target subject in
the AF frame, then press the
Shutter button halfway
down.
AF lock
Keep pressing the Shutter
button halfway down and
re-compose the view that
you originally wanted.
Snap
Press the Shutter button all
the way down to take the
picture.
