PRODUCT
OVERVIEW
The
Astra
6000
Pager
Transmitter
kit
(Aidcall
P/No.
E40104)
includes
the
transmitter
and
antenna
complete
with
a
12V
DC
battery
backed
power
supply
unit.
Pagers
are
bought
separately,
there’s
no
limit
how
many
can
be
used
per
system.
Note:
the
J25
was
replaced
by
the
Scope
model
in
July
2016
–
both
are
compatible
with
Astra
Pagers.
The
Transmitter
requires
connection
to
the
PSU
and
the
Pager
Port
on
a
Touchsafe
Pro
Nursecall
Panel.
Staff
will
then
be
alerted
to
a
call
no
matter
where
they
are
via
their
portable
Pagers.
The
system
can
be
setup
so
all
calls
are
reported
to
all
Pagers
at
all
times,
or
day/night
groups
can
be
set
so
different
Pagers
can
be
alerted
depending
on
the
time
of
day.
The
types
of
call
that
are
reported
to
the
Pagers
can
be
set
along
with
the
beep
pattern
to
identify
different
call
types.
Furthermore
Pagers
can
be
configured
into
zones
so
calls
are
only
notified
to
the
staff
responsible
for
specific
areas.
