Removing and Installing the Access Panels

Conditions:

Tools and Material:

Screwdriver, crosshead

Removal Procedure:

Front Panel

Remove three bottom screws (

). Retain for

reinstallation.

Pull the bottom of the front panel towards

you, then up to disengage the front panel

from the top panel groove.

Top panel

Remove two screws (

) from the left and right

top corners of the boiler frame. Retain for re-

installation.

Release two side screws (

) from the top of

the left and right side panels. Retain for rein-

stallation.

Slightly pull outwards the top of the side pan-

els to disengage the top panel and slide it

out.

Do not use too much force when

pulling the side panels outwards,

to prevent the panels from warp-

ing. Failure to comply can damage

the boiler casing permanently.

Lift the top panel, from the front section, and

slide it out from under the rear top panel.

Installation procedure

The top panel must be installed be-

fore installing the front panel.

Top panel

Locate top panel into position, by pulling

slightly outwards the side panels.

Do not use too much force when

pulling the side panels outwards,

to prevent the panels from warp-

ing. Failure to comply can damage

the boiler casing permanently.

Install two side screws (

) at the top of the left

and right side panels.

OFF

Install two screws (

) in the left and right top

corners of the boiler frame.

Font Panel

Engage the top of the front panel into the

groove of the top panel.

Push the bottom of the front panel down to-

ward the boiler frame

Install three retained screws (

) at the bottom

of the boiler frame.
