BabyPod 2 consists of a lightweight carbon fibre outer shell, which is lined with a shock absorbent foam inner

layer, and has a transparent lid for viewing the baby. BabyPod 2 contains a patient positioning vacuum mattress,

stretcher fixing straps to secure the device for transport, and safety straps to position the infant inside the device

during transport. Accessories available for BabyPod 2 include the Single-use TransWarmer Infant Transport

Mattress. BabyPod 2 is designed to provide safe conveyance of patient whose weight does not exceed 17.5 lbs

(8 kg.)

BabyPod 2 is designed to safely convey a paediatric patient to or from a medical facility, between facilities or

between departments within a single medical facility. BabyPod 2 is designed to provide safe conveyance of a
