GUIDELINES FOR SAFE OPERATION
Follo
w the instructions precisely to ensure reliable
and long-term operation of the device.

Any modification of the device is prohibited.
•
Do not expose the thermometer to any mechani
-
cal shock or use if damaged.
•
Do not immerse the device in water or other
liquids.
•
Do not use the device near strong electromag-
netic sources, such as wireless communication
sources or cellular phones.
•
Do not allow children to play with the ther-
mometer.
•
Do not expose the thermometer to direct
sunlight, extreme temperatures, moisture or
contamination.
•
The environmental temperature in the apart-
ment may differ in various rooms. Before
measuring temperature, the user and the
thermometer should stay in the same room
(premises) with constant environmental
conditions for at least 15 minutes.
•
Before starting measurement, please remove
any dirt, hair or sweat from the measuring area.
•
Do not measure temperature during or
immediately after breastfeeding.
•
The user should not take food or drink immedi
-
ately before or during temperature measurement.
•
Do not pocket the thermometer before use as it
can be heated.
•
Every time before starting measurement, please
make sure that the infrared sensor lens is not
contaminated. Clean the measuring sensor lens if
it is contaminated.
WARNING
During early stages of illness with a rapid
rise in temperature to high values, the effect
of «white hyperthermia» can be observed –
