3.4. REPLACING WEAR RINGS
For the CULTIPLOW 52
The CULTIPLOW 52 is fitted with spring securities designed to retract when the blade accidently
hits an obstacle.
Before each time the machine is used, check that all the joint pins are correctly lubricated and that
the wear rings do not show any signs of abnormal clearance. If they do, replace these wear rings
as follows:
1. Before carrying out any operation, it is essential to rest the CULTIPLOW on stable ground on its
safety stands.
2. This CULTIPLOW has been designed for a specific task. It must always be in perfect working
order and must only be repaired using genuine AGRISEM INTERNATIONAL spare parts.
3. Check that the spring is not compressed and that the safety arm is in horizontal position at rest.
4. Check that the locking pin No. 11 is in place. If it is not, you must consult AGRISEM
INTERNATIONAL before carrying out any operation in order to decide the correct procedure to
adopt.

CULTIPLOW during the operation.
