GUARANTEE
GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
-the manufacturer guranatees that the machine described in the guarantee
certifcate is free from faults and defects deriving from materiale and produc-
tion.
-the worng use of the machine, any unauthorize modifi cation of it, the use by
inexpert persons, neglicence, lack of servicing, the use of not original parts,
etc…, will take off the guarantee right.
-the manufacturer guarantees the machine for 12 mounths from the date of
delivery to the fi nal cosumer. Within this period the company undertakes to
repair or replace free of charge any parts that present recognized defects in
construction.
The adsence of a sure demostration of the purchase date brings the loss of the
guarantee rights.
-All charges for labour and inspection are the buyer’s expense, as are any costs
incurred for sending spare parts. Any services requested from the manufactur-
er may be accepted or rejected at the company’s discretion.
-All spare parts changed under guarantee must be sent, carriage paid, to the
head offi ce of the manufacturer within a maximum period of 30 days, on pain
of invalidity of the guarantee.
-Any repairs or replacement carried out or any tampering with the machine
during the guarantee period without the authorisation of the manufactured
cause the guarantee to become invalid.
-The guarantee do not cover the parts which have been damaged due to
insuffi ucient maintenance or incorrect use. In no case may the buyer claim
refunds for damages of any kind, arising in any way as result of use of the
machine.
-Any replaced part claimed under guarantee will beregulary invoiced. The
charge sum will be then credited later, afetr the part considered faulty will
have been inspected by our technical department or by authorised personnel.
