1.6. After working with the hoeing machine
Leave the hoeing machine unattended only after stopping the engine.
1.7. Safety equipment
The safety equipment serves your protection and shall be functional at any time.
You must not alter or deactivate the safety equipment.
1.7.1. Protective covering
The protective covering protects you and other parts of the hoeing machine (e.g. engine) from
the rotation blades or the injuries caused by objects swept out.
Operation without protective covering carries the risk of serious accidents and will result in the loss of
guarantee.
1.7.2. Safety clutch
The safety clutch constitutes the means, by which the torque (rotation) of the mandrel is
transmitted in the case only if the operator of the hoeing machine holds the clutch lever to the
push-bar with the hand . If it is released, the working shaft of the hoeing machine will not rotate. It is
forbidden to disable the safety clutch by mounting any kinds of domestic or subsequent
fasteners onto the safety clutch!
1.8. Symbols on the appliance
On the appliance you will find various symbols on adhesive labels.
They have the following specific meanings:

2. The Description, Technical Data of the Hoeing Machine
The hoeing machine is driven by an internal-combustion engine, which is fixed onto the clutch
house made of aluminium cast with screws. The machines are manufactured with three different
clutch solutions:
Coupling (clutch)
The conical clutch is the upper part of the clutch made with ferrodol and mounted onto the fluted shaft
of the engine and it conveys the torque onto the lower part of the clutch mounted onto the fluted input
shaft of the worm-gear drive. They connect to each other on a conical surface. The lower part of the
clutch is pressed to the upper part
by a spring in a released state of the operating lever (clutch)
located on the push-bar . By that, drive is generated, while upon releasing the operating lever, the
contact is ceased, whereas there will be no drive delivered.
Drive unit

There is worm-gear in the drive, the change (multiplication) of which is 1:24.

The active cultivating tools can be mounted onto the output shaft of the worm-gear drive.

In the basic state the hoeing machine is delivered with a rotary cultivator tool (plough knives).

The rotation can be used with more hoe units and a side disk.
The coulter and its holder are mounted on the rear side of the drive box, which, in one also
serves as the wheels support. The passive cultivator tools can be mounted in the place of the
coulter holder.
