Assembly Instructions Classic Round Gazebo Matt Black 1.8m

Please read these instructions carefully.
Step 1:
Slide a moisture seal onto the reduced ends of the Top (1/4 circle) Curves, then connect a ½
Top Circle onto the reduced ends of the curves. Cover the joins between the curves with
moisture seals.
Slide 2 Spacer Bars onto the ends of the Top
Curves, as shown in figure 1.
Position one of the Spacer Bars, 1” from
the joint of the curves.
Position the second Spacer Bar
approximately 5” from the end of the
Curves (41”from the other spacer bar).
Repeat this process until there are 4 sets of full
curves created.
Step 2:
Using 4 Parallel Clamps connect the ½ Top circles
together, as shown in Figure 2.
The easiest way to ensure that the full curves are
connected evenly is to have one or 2 people align the
curves to form the shape shown in figure 2, with the
straight part of the curve resting on the floor. Once the
curves are held in position another person should
connect the top curves at the 11 and 1 o’clock
positions, using the parallel clamps.
Once completed the curves will form a
structure as shown in Figure 3.
Assembly requires: A Rubber Mallet, an Allen Key (provided), a Ladder, a Spirit Level, Pliers, a Tape
Measure and at least 2 people.
