• Install the plugs (38) into the ends of the bag arm
tubes (14).
• Insert the end of the hopper bag pivot rod (8) through
an upper hopper tube and then install a 5/8" long
spacer (31) and a bag arm tube (14) onto the end of
the rod.
• Slide the rod through the stitched sleeve at the front
of the mesh wind screen and then install another 5/8"
long spacer and bag arm tube onto the rod.
• Push the hopper bag pivot rod through the upper
hopper tube on the other side of the sweeper, then
install a small hairpin cotter (34) in each end of the
rod.

• Insert the bag frame strap (9) through the stitched
sleeve at the front edge of the bag bottom.

SNAP
• Attach the bag frame strap to the lower hopper tubes
using two 1/4" x 1-1/4" hex bolts (21) and 1/4" nylock
nuts (27).
• Fold the bag flaps around the lower hopper tubes and
attach to the snaps on the bag bottom.
