STEP 3:

Lift the beam / frame top assembly no less than 20 in. off the ground, move the Crate Bottom away, and then

assemble four Frame Legs. After the Frame Legs

installed and tightened, lower down the Splitter, and allow it standing firmly

on the ground. See FIGURE 6.
