E. Insert Allen button head bolt through tow
flap half into end cap assembly in stabilizing
bar.

Torque all bolts to 85 in.-lbs.

G. Insert hanger into vertical slot at top of one
tow flap half. Secure with carriage bolts, front
plate and nuts.
