9. Remove the Packing Set Seat (22), release
Intake Disc Seat (8), and remove and discard
all old packings.

Remove the Ball Seat Fastener (14), Small Ball
Seat (15) and small Check Ball (16). Then clean
all parts.
11.
Soak the new leather packings in W30 oil for
at least one hour before assembling.
12. Replace the packings, glands, o-rings, springs
and check balls with the new parts from the
rebuild kit. Strictly follow the exact order and
orientation.
MOTOR MAINTENANCE
LUBRICATION –
The gear case grease may be
changed every 200 hours of operation. This is best
entrusted to a qualified repair technician.
THE CARBON BRUSHES
(Only motors with
carbon brush system)
The carbon brushes are a normal wearing part and
must be replaced when they reach their wear limit.
When the brushes are worn to a length of 1/4", they
should be replaced as a set.
TO CHANGE THE BRUSHES
1. Unplug the machine.
3. Remove the brush cap with a slothead
screwdriver
4. Remove the brush.
5. Install new brushes in reverse order and
replace covers
If the replacement of the power supply
cord is necessary, this has to be done by the
manufacturer or their agent in order to avoid a
safety hazard.
