Die Turbopumpe mit ConFlat-Eingangsflansch muss mit dem dafür
vorgesehenen Zubehör von Agilent befestigt werden. Für das
Drehmoment zum Anziehen der Schrauben schauen Sie im Handbuch
der verwendeten Turbopumpe nach. Für weitere Details schauen Sie
im Anhang "Technical Information" nach.

Wenn das Modell TPS-mobile mit Turbomolekularpumpen
ausgestattet wird, die kleiner oder gleich groß sind wie die TwisTorr
304 FS, kann die Pumpe auch dann eingeschaltet werden, wenn sie
auf dem TPS-mobile installiert ist. Wenn das TPS-mobile mit Pumpen
ausgestattet wird, die größer sind als die 304 FS, kann es nur für die
Bewegung der Pumpe (ausgeschaltete Turbopumpe) verwendet
werden. Diese muss dann über einen Inlet-Flansch im System des
Kunden angeschlossen werden, bevor das TPS-mobile gestartet wird.

Agilent Befestigungsmaterial an die Vakuum kammer anzuschließen.

Modell TPS-mobile kann nicht mittels seines Sockels befestigt werden.
