HINWEIS

Modell TPS-mobile kann durch die Umgebung an sich keine Schäden erleiden.
Es sollte jedoch bis zur Installation an der Anlage geschlossen bleiben, um
Verunreinigungen durch Staub zu vermeiden.

Die in dieser Gebrauchsanleitung angegebenen Modelle unterliegen
dem Angebot der Agilent-Pumpensymsteme TPS-mobile; die durch
die verschiedenen Modellnummern aufgeführten Unterschiede
beziehen sich auf die Turbomolekülpumpe und die Foreline-Pumpe,
die im spezifischen Modell integriert ist, sowie auf die im System
vorhandene Spannung.

Die Unterschiede zwischen den verschiedenen Modellen des TSP-
mobile beziehen sich nur auf die Leistungen des Systems, während
der Betrieb und das Anwendungsverfahren bei allen TPS-mobile
gleich sind.

Die aufgeführten Informationen sind im ganzen Angebot anwendbar
(alle Modelle), unabhängig von der spezifischen Turbomolekülpumpe,
Foreline-Pumpe oder mit Stromspeisung.
