Probe Tip Accessory Connection Options
Single, Dual, and Variable Pitch Signal Pins
Insert the single or dual signal pins into the probe tip as shown in
Figure
8
. Directly probing with either one of these pins results in the best possible
signal integrity when compared to the other probing accessories. The
variable pitch spacing adapter allows you to easily probe two adjacent IC
leads or test points.
Figure 9
shows the variable pitch pins inserted into
the probe tip.
