Common Problems
Here are some common problems you may encounter:
M90XA Software fails to start on 32-bit Windows
Root Cause
On a 32-bit version of Windows, each process can access a maximum of 2 GB memory allocation. This
allocation is not sufficient for some of the large applications like LTE etc.
Workaround
To fix this problem, perform the following two steps.
Configure 32-bit Windows OS to allocate up to 3GB of memory for each process. The mechanism for
this is different for different OS versions.

flag on the application that is expected to use more than 2 GB
LARGEADDRESSAWARE
memory allocation.
This is set by default on the StartM90XA binary that is shipped.
However, If you need to build your own binaries, this flag needs to be set. For more details, refer

Difficulty starting M90XA
If you have difficulty starting the M90XA, you need to first verify that you can connect to the M9391 or
M9393 VSA via its Soft Front Panel and that you have a working hardware configuration saved into the IVI
