Returning a Kit or Device to Agilent Technologies

Returning a Kit or Device to Agilent Technologies

If your kit or device requires service, contact Agilent Technologies for information on
where to send it. See “Contacting Agilent” on page 5 for contact information. Include a
service tag (located at the back of this manual) on which you provide the following
information:

• your company name and address

• a technical contact person within your company, and the person's complete telephone

number including country code and area code

• the model number and serial number of the kit (if returning a complete kit)

• the part number and serial number of each device being returned

• the type of service required

• a detailed description of the problem (if applicable) and how the device was being used

when the problem occurred

complete information, refer to the instrument documentation. If you need additional
