AGFEO T 18
– Press and hold the “Phone book” button (
) for approx. 3 seconds.
– Enter the name using the keypad of the AGFEO T 18. Please consult “Input name via key-
pad” (see page 32).
– Use the up/down navigation buttons (
) to navigate to the input field for the phone
number.
– Enter the phone number to be stored.
– To delete individual characters, press the “Del” button (
).
– To delete an entire line, press and hold the “Del” button (
) for 3 seconds.
– Confirm the entry by pressing "Ok" ( ).
– To exit the input field, press “Esc” (
).
Save phone numbers
Dial phone number from phone book
– Press the “Phone book” button (
) to open the phone book. The first entry displays.
– Use the keypad to enter the first letters of the desired contact.
– Use the up/down navigation buttons (
) to scroll between the individual entries.
– To dial a phone number, either lift the receiver or press the “Loudspeaker” button (
).
Edit or delete phone book entry
– Press the “Phone book” button (
) to open the phone book. The first entry displays.
– Use the keypad to enter the first letters of the desired contact.
– Use the up/down navigation buttons (
) to scroll between the individual entries.
– To delete the selected entry, press the “Del” button (
) and confirm by pressing "Ok"
( ).
– To delete all entries in the phone book, press and hold the “Del” button (
) for 3 sec-
onds and then confirm by pressing "Ok" ( ).
– To edit the selected entry, press and hold the “Phone book” button for 3 seconds.
– Use the up/down navigation buttons (
) to switch between the lines, then use the navi-
gation buttons (
) to navigate within a line.
Use the “Del” button (
) and the number buttons to edit the entry, then confirm your
changes by pressing "Ok" ( ).
Speed dial buttons
There are 12 direct speed dial buttons available to you for direct one-touch dialling of num-
bers you call frequently. If a phone number that is stored in the speed dial memory calls
you, the associated speed dial button will blink in rhythm with the ringtone.
