AGFEO T 18
Transferring calls
If your AGFEO T 18 is operated on a PBX, you can transfer calls to other participants:
– During a call.
– Press the “R” button (
). The call is put on hold.
– Dial the number for transfer using the number buttons.
– If the transfer number is engaged, you can retrieve the call by pressing the “R” button
(
) twice.
– Announce the call to the transfer recipient or replace the receiver and the call is trans-
ferred.
WARNING:
To ensure functionality of the “R” button (
) on an AGFEO PBX, flash time must be set to
“short” (see page 10).
Call list
Your telephone has a call list for up to 50 incoming calls stored with dates and times. If the
number of the caller is transferred during a call, this will also be displayed. If the telephone
number matches one from the local phone book or a direct speed dial number of the T 18,
the caller name will also display. If there are new, unanswered calls in the list, this will be
displayed in the initial state (“NEW” on display). Telephone numbers from the call list can be
dialled directly. Individual entries or the entire list can be deleted. Telephone numbers can
be transferred into the phone book.
WARNING:
The call list is set up as a circular buffer. If the call list is full, therefore, the oldest entries
will be automatically overwritten.
CLIP data monitoring is done in the following sequence: For an incoming call, the telephone
number is checked for a match with the local phone book on the T 18. If there is no match,
the phone number is compared with the direct speed dial numbers. If this too produces no
match, the name (if any) associated with the CLIP information is displayed.
Open call list
– In standby, press the left navigation button ( ) to open the call list.
– Use the up/down navigation buttons (
) to scroll between the individual entries.
– Unread entries are marked “NEW”.
– To transfer a phone number into the phone book, press and hold the “Phone book” button
(
) for at least 3 seconds.
– To delete the displayed call from the list, press the “Del” button (
). After confirming
by pressing "Ok" ( ), the entry is deleted.
– To delete the entire list, press and hold the “Del” button (
) for at least 3 seconds and
then confirm by pressing "Ok" ( ).
– To call an entry, either lift the receiver or press the “Loudspeaker” button (
).
