Press the Button “Call Split or Brokers Call“ .
The first call is put on hold and you are connected to the second caller.
You now can toggle between the calls or transfer the call.

Press the Button"Reject"
. The caller will receive busy tone if you are the only
ringing extension in the call distribution table. The caller will continue to hear a
ringing tone if another extension is in the same call distribution table.

Call Pick Up from an Answering Machine is only possible if the the port has been configured to
“Answering Machine“ via TK Suite.
