Solved Software Bugs

Symptom 1

Sporadic film jams in the output module and corresponding error message:
“Film jam - Open top cover and clear film jam”



The fault mainly appears with 8x10” or 12x10” films printed from the lower tray.



With lower probability the fault may also happen:

With other film formats (14x17”, 14x14”, 14x11”) printed from the lower tray

With any film format printed from the upper tray

Symptom 2

Top border is too large (> 7 mm);
images possibly printed until the
trailing edge of the film.
