Adjustments and Calibrations

Instructions

Via Printer Browser User Interface

(1) In the printer browser user interface select 'Service Engineer Tools'.

(2) Select 'Enter Service Command Session'.

(3) Select '6 Calibration - 4 Horizontal Alignment'.

(4) Select 'upper tray' or 'lower tray': A test film as shown in Figure 1 will be

printed.

(5) Measure the left and right blank border of the test film.

(6) Enter the values in mm (typically approx. 10 mm) in the browser screen.

(7) Select 'Accept Changes'.

Via Local Keypad

(1) In the key-operator menu select menu '7 Service Actions'.

(2) Select '6 Calibration - 4 Horizontal Alignment'.

(3) Select 'upper tray' or 'lower tray': A test film as shown in Figure 1 will be

printed.

(4) Measure the left and right blank border of the test film.

(5) Enter the values in mm (typically approx. 10 mm) in the browser screen.

(6) Select

‘confirm’.
