A hissing noise is coming
from the back of the
machine even when the
button is released.
(Not to be confused
with the hissing noise
that occurs at every
carbonation).
There is a problem with
the valve on the gas
cylinder.
Leave the machine. Do
not unscrew the water
bottle or the gas cylinder.
Open a nearby window
and wait for at least 30
minutes. Make a product
complaint for the gas
cylinder at the place
for purchase or at the
manufacturer’s.
