Function

The product can detect accumulations of liquids.

The photoelectric probe detects the different optical and conductive charac-
teristics of air and liquids. If there is air between the transmitter and the 
receiver, most of the infrared light transmitted by the transmitter is received 
by the receiver. If there is liquid between the transmitter and the receiver, only 
a small portion of the infrared light reaches the receiver and the product 
switches off the power outlet. The red LED lights.
