Operators can clear the alerts from the Alert Summary screen by clicking the

Needs

Help

icon (

see Figure 3.6

). When clicked, a web page will be displayed that is

similar to the web page displayed on the iPhone (

see Figure 3.9

) from where they

can respond to the alert.
