Scope

Validity
This
installation
instruction
describes
the
installation
and
startup
of
Afore
new
energy
inverters
of
the
type
HNS1500TL,
HNS2000TL.
Please
keep
this
manual
all
time
available
in
case
of
emergency.

Target
Group
This
manual
is
for
qualified
personnel.
The
tasks
described
in
this
manual
must
only
be
performed
by
qualified
personnel.

Refer
to
the
operating
instruction
for
detailed
information
on
operating
the
inverter.

Safety
Instructions

1.
All
work
on
the
inverter
must
be
carried
out
by
skilled
electricians.
2.
The
device
may
only
be
operated
with
PV
generators.
Do
not
connect
any
other
source
of
energy
to
the
device.
3.
The
PV
generator
and
inverter
must
be
connected
to
the
ground
in
order
to
reach
maximum
protection
for
property
and
persons.
4.
Before
opening
the
cabinet,
the
inverter
must
be
disconnected
from
the
grid
and
PV
generator.
There
might
be
residual
currents
in
inverter
because
of
large
capacitors.
You
must
wait
at
least
3
minutes
in
order
that
the
energy
storage
capacitors
are
fully
discharged
during
this
period
after
disconnecting
the
inverter
from
the
grid
and
PV
generator.
5.
The
enclosure
of
Inverter
can
become
hot
during
operation.
To
reduce
the
risk
of
injury,
do
not
touch
the
heat
sink
at
the
back
of
the
PV
‐
Inverter
or
nearby
surfaces
while
Inverter
is
operating.
