2.2.8 Noise emissions

NOTE

The SA spindle extension generates 68 dB(A) during full-load
operation. Depending on the add-ons, the environment and the
resonance of the protective device these values may be exceeded
and result in a disturbing higher noise level.

CAUTION

It is the responsibility of the system manufacturer to ensure that
the permitted noise limit values are complied with. Otherwise an
ear protection must be worn if necessary.

2.2.9 Protective device at the assembly system

NOTE

If an SA spindle extension is mounted in an assembly system the
assembly system must be provided with a protective device.

Warning:

Hot surfaces at the motor in continuous operation!
