SPArE PArTS rEPLACEMENT INforMATIoN
9.2. replacemenT of conVeyor BelT
Proceed as indicated.
1. Deactivate the main electrical knife to stop the machine under safe
conditions
2. remove transmission cover (a) .
3. Loosen nut (c) .
4. remove caps (B) .
5. Act on screw (d) to completely loosen belt (f) .
6. remove transmission cover (e) .
7. remove tape (f) and replace it.
8. Adjust belt tension (See 5.2. “conveyor belt adjustment”).
9. repeat the operations described to replace the other belt.
10. Start conveyor movement to check correct operations.
11. Install guards
(e) and (a) .
12. Install plugs (B) .

Warning
Before re-starting the machine, check that no tools or other
equipment has been left near the moving parts.
