Disposal
This electrical appliance contains a lithium
ion battery. The rechargeable battery must
be removed before disposal (see “Changing
the rechargeable battery” on page 19). The
rechargeable battery must never be dis-
posed of as household waste.
If the electrical appliance is no longer to be used, return
it to the place where you bought it or hand it in to the
special collection centre run by your local public waste
disposal authority (recycling centre, materials recovery
centre etc.).
The appliance must not be disposed of as household rub-
bish.
This also applies to electrical appliances that were last
used in the non-private sector, e.g. in branches of trade
or industry. In cases where public waste disposal author-
ities do not accept electrical appliances that have been
used for non-private purposes, their waste advisory ser-
vices can provide information on environmentally sound
disposal.
