It is, on request, possible to equip the compressor
with a remote control panel for the compressor.
The panel features the following controls:
a Pressure switch
The automatic shutdown pressure switch (
a
) indicates
compressor shutdown pressure. Shutdown pressure
is set by acting on the regulator and is displayed on
the indicator.
When the compressor arrives at the set pressure it
shuts down automatically.
b Hour counter
The hour counter (
b
) indicates the number of working
hours of the compressor: this provides a time
reference for scheduled maintenance.
c ON pushbutton
To start the compressor press the green ON push-
button. The compressor will then run until the pressure that has been set on the adjustable pressure switch
(
a
) is reached or until the safety valve release over pressure.
d OFF pushbutton
Press the red OFF pushbutton (
d
) to stop the compressor.
e Manual condensate discharge button
Pressing the yellow manual condensate discharge button (
e
) drains the condensate collected in the special
recipient during use of the compressor (no further tasks required: drainage interval managed with the
pressure switch timer).
To drain the condensate see section “7.9 – Condensate discharge”.
f Emergency
pushbutton
In an emergency situation stop the compressor by pressing the red emergency pushbutton (
f
). Check that the
emergency shutdown pushbutton is working properly at the start of each working day by switching on the
compressor and pressing it. If the compressor fails to shut down immediately after pressing the emergency
pushbutton disconnect the compressor from the power supply and contact
AEROTECNICA COLTRI.
