On the base station, press and / to show “REGISTRATION“, and then press to put the base
station into registration mode. The base display will show “PLEASE WAIT” and the base will stay in
registration mode for about 2 minutes, so the following handset sequence must be completed within
this time.
t Press and / to select “REGISTRATION“.
t Press to display “PIN?----“.
t
Enter the 4-digit system PIN (default is 0000).
t
Press to confirm, and the display will show “PLEASE WAIT“ flashing.
If the handset registration is successful, the display will change to standby mode with the new handset
number and the
icon will stop flashing.
The handset will automatically be allocated the next available handset number. If the handset registration
is unsuccessful, the
icon will still flash.
12 GUARANTEE AND SERVICE
The phone is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase shown on your sales receipt. This
guarantee does not cover any faults or defects caused by accidents, misuse, fair wear and tear, neglect,
faults on the telephone line, lightning, tampering with the equipment, or any attempt at adjustment or
repair other than through approved agents.
Please keep your sales (till) receipt this is your proof of guarantee.
12.1 While the unit is under Guarantee
t Disconnect the base unit from the telephone line and the mains electricity supply.
t Pack up all parts of your phone system, using the original package.
t Return the unit to the shop where you bought it, making sure you take your sales receipt.

Remember to include the mains adapter.
12.2 After the Guarantee has expired

This product works with rechargeable batteries only. If you put nonrechargeable batteries in the handset
and place it on the base, the handset will be damaged and this in NOT covered under the warranty
conditions.
