00“ then return to “MSG PLAYBACK”.

to select “STOP”, “FORWARD”, “PREVIOUS”,
“DELETE” to perform the following functions during message playback.
STOP
Stop the current message playback and return to the
ANS. MACHINE menu.
FORWARD
Skip to play the next message. The date and time
information of the next message will display if there is
another message.
PREVIOUS
Repeat playing the current message from the beginning.
The date and time information of the current message
will display.
DELETE
Delete the current message and the next message will
be played.
Note:
Alternatively, you can use the following shortcut keys to control different
operations during message playback.

to stop message playback.

Press key 4 once to skip to repeat playing the current message from the
beginning. Press twice to skip backward to play the previous message.

Press key 6 to skip to play next message.

Press key 2 to delete the current message playback.

Delete all messages in the answering machine
