Deleting a Playlist
Stopping the replay
Ripping (CD-MP3 Conversion)
1. If you are not already in the browser view you can delete individual tracks.
2. Activate the edit mode and select the tracks to be deleted in the left-hand
list with the
ENTER
key.
3. Then select the option „Clear program“ in the upper right-hand list and
confi rm with the
ENTER
key.
NOTE:
It is only possible to delete individual tracks in the stop mode.
Press the „
“-button (Fig. 3/19) on the remote control to stop the replay.
If an audio CD is inserted you can activate the ripping function. This function
allows you to convert the data on the audio CD in real time to the MP3 format
and then store them on a connected MP3 player or inserted memory card.
1. Use
the
cursor buttons
(Fig. 3/26) to select the „Ripping“ fi eld and
confi rm with the
ENTER
key (Fig. 3/8).
2. In order to select the target memory (USB or memory card) use of the
cur-
sor buttons
to select the „Destination“ fi eld and confi rm with the
ENTER
key. The selection window opens. Make your selection with the
cursor
buttons
and
ENTER
.
3. Now select the tracks to be converted in the left-hand column with the
cursor buttons
and the
ENTER
key.
NOTE:
• If you would like to convert all the tracks, select the fi eld „Select All“.
• For each conversion the device creates a new folder.
4. By repeatedly pressing the
ENTER
key (Fig. 3/8) you can choose between
the storage qualities „Normal“, „High“ and „Best“ in the „Rip Quality“ line.
NOTES:
The memory capacity is shown in the lower right-hand column. Please ensu-
re that the memory capacity (size of selected) does not exceed the available
memory capacity (available space).
5. Now use the „
“
cursor button
to select the „Ripping Start“ fi eld below
the „Rip Quality“ fi eld and press the
ENTER
key (Fig. 3/8).
6. The conversion begins. Progress is shown on the screen.
