Drying
For drying, use the Defrost/Dry oven function.
Ovenware
•
Use the oven shelf or baking tray, spread with baking paper.
Oven Levels
•
You can dry food on 2 oven levels at the same time.
•
Place the shelf or the baking tray in the
1st and 4th shelf positions
from the bottom
.
Tips on using the Drying Table
•
Prepare the food to be dried and distribute it evenly over the shelf or
baking tray.
•
Halfway through the drying time, turn the food.
•
When the food is still soft but no more juice is coming out, remove it
from the oven.
