If the Ai5120Update.exe program has been
used at least once after the last calibration,
execute it again. It should be able to restore
the missing data. If not, please contact
technical support for assistance.

The AI-5120 software has encountered a
software stack fault. This error prevents the
AI-5120 from responding to any commands
and effectively freezes the system.
The power must be turned off and on in order
to restore normal operation. Please contact
technical support if this error occurs. It
represents a software problem and should be
corrected.

The following error code is a special case in which the "Ready" indicator is not flashing.
This error can only occur shortly after the AI-5120 is powered on.

The primary DSP application program could
not be started. This may indicate a corrupted
file within the flash memory, or a hardware
fault.
