Basic Setting Scenario

You can configure your devices to different roles in following scenario.



Configure 'operation mode' of your device. You can configure EKI-6310GN as
four different modes - AP Router (router connection), AP Bridge (access point),
Client Router (WISP - wireless Internet Service Provider) and Client Bridge
(WiFi client).

Figure 3.3 Operation mode



Configure your network setting in 'WAN' and 'LAN' options. It will provide you the
configuration of LAN or WAN based on bridge or router mode. The default IP of
WAN and LAN is fixed IP '192.168.2.1' (WAN) & '192.168.1.1' (LAN) when you
select router mode.
