Backup
For Windows 2000/XP (Professional edition) Users, the OS provides a tool for data backup,
“Backup”. Please follow the steps below:
Click Start, All Programs, Accessories,
System Tools, and then Backup.
Click “Schedule Jobs” tab, and Select date
that you want to activate the Backup Job.
Click “Add Job” button
When The Wizard appears, Select “Create
a new Job” and Click OK
Select “Back up My Computer” to backup your
whole system or “Back up Selected files, folders
and Driver”. If you want to backup C:\, select “Back
up Selected files, folders and Driver”
If you want to backup one Drive, i.e. C:\, select the
drive by clicking the check box in front of the drive
letter.
Select the NAS Drive Kit as the destination for the
backup file.
Type a name for this backup job and Click start.
Wait for the program to process the backup
progress.
