The AC Power on/off switch is on the left-hand of the PSU which is located inside of the repeater.

The AC terminal is at the left-hand side of the PSU. The repeater has a free-voltage range input of 100-240V AC. 
The AC connector of the AC cable must be connected to the AC terminal of the PSU, and the other end of the 
AC cable exits through the AC conduit hole and connects to AC power.
