5. Emergency Opening

#

When the safe box's battery power is too low to open the door, insert � AA batteries to the emer-
gency battery box, plug the emergency power cord into the emergency power jack at the bottom
edge of the panel, and then enter the correct password to open the safe door.

When the panel system fails and the door cannot be opened, you can use the master key and
emergency key together to open it.

NOTE:

The master key, emergency key, and emergency battery box

must

be properly kept, and

do not

lock them inside the safe box.
